What's iRider? iRider is a free download and can be used free for 21 days after you install it on your computer. After 21 days, you can purchase a registration key to unlock the software indefinitely. Owners of a key for version 2 can always update to any later version 2.xx release for free. Just download from the link above and run the setup your key will automatically be recognized.
iRider contains no "spyware" or any other features that monitor or record your use of the software in any way, or automatically communicate any information about you beyond what standard Internet protocols communicate in the course of browsing the web (e.g., IP addresses, cookies per your privacy settings, etc.). We understand very well that it would be self-defeating for us to violate the privacy of our customers. Since iRider is implemented using the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer, you can use Internet Explorer's extensive privacy control features (using the Tools/Internet Options command) to manage your level of privacy while using iRider. Accesses to Wymea Bay websites, including the iRider Search page, are recorded to standard web server logs of exactly the same type as those used by the vast majority of websites on the Internet. iRider contains no "adware" or any other features that insert advertising, spam, or other unrequested messages in any form into web pages, email, or any other software. Please note that websites you visit with iRider may contain advertising or other similar messages in any form that's possible using any other web browser. (iRider does greatly reduce the annoyances associated with pop-up ads. See the iRider product page for more information.) Wymea Bay does reserve the right to place advertising on its websites, including the iRider Search page, but these will never use obnoxious tactics such as pop-up windows, overlapping layers, etc., that web users rightly despise. |
