Open the root Favorites (bookmarks) folder. Subfolders can be opened by clicking on them. Add the current page to the root Favorites folder. Add the current page to a specified Favorites folder, using the standard Internet Explorer dialog box. Add one or more pages to a specified Favorites folder. You can choose to add the pages you've opened in the current site, or all open pages in the current window, or just the pinned pages in the current site or window. You can also select multiple pages in the Page List by Shift-clicking and Ctrl-clicking and add them to Favorites. New Favorites are merged with any existing Favorites in the folder you specify. If more than one Favorite has the same name, for example because the associated pages have the same title, a number is appended to the name. Both the Favorites names and the URLs Favorites refer to are considered as new Favorites are added to an existing folder. Organize your Favorites using the standard Internet Explorer Organize dialog box. Open a Windows Explorer window containing your entire Favorites tree. This window is usually much more useful for organizing your Favorites than the Organize command/dialog. |
