Technical help is generally only available to customers with a registration key, though if you're encountering difficulties we'd appreciate a report in any case.

If you're running iRider, use the Help menu Support command to submit a technical question. This will help to ensure a prompt and useful response.

For technical questions, please include as much information as possible:

  • The versions of iRider, Windows and Internet Explorer you're using.

  • Describe as much as possible what you were doing before any problem or bug appeared. Provide web page URLs, links you clicked on, etc., if applicable.
